1. Data controller
SpeaklyAI is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@speaklyai.xyz.
2. What data we process
We value your privacy and process as little data as possible:
- Early access email: On the Site you can leave your email address to receive early-access updates. We use it only to contact you about SpeaklyAI's launch and related news, and we do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- If you email us: When you write to support@speaklyai.xyz, we receive your email address and message, used only to respond to you.
- Information stored locally in your browser: The Site stores a few functional items on your device (your language preference, a promotional "early access / XP" state, and a session flag remembering that you passed the password screen). This data stays on your device, is not sent to our servers, and can be cleared anytime by clearing your browser data.
- Technical data processed by our infrastructure: To operate and secure the Site, our hosting provider (Netlify) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access times in server logs.
3. Browser storage & cookies
This Site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics). We only use the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage for the functional purposes described above. This information is kept entirely on your device.
4. Purposes & legal basis
- Providing the Site, remembering your preferences (e.g., language), and ensuring security — legitimate interest.
- Sending you early-access updates after you submit your email — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Responding to requests you send by email — performance of your request and legitimate interest.
Processing is carried out under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Third parties & international transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We use the following providers to run the Site:
- Netlify — website hosting, content delivery, and processing of the early-access form submissions.
- Google Fonts — displaying typefaces; your IP address may be shared with Google when your browser loads the fonts.
Because these providers' servers may be located outside Turkey, your data may be transferred abroad. The providers' own privacy policies apply.
6. Retention
Information stored in your browser remains on your device until you delete it. We keep early-access emails until launch or until you ask us to remove them, and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet any legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 (and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to seek remedy for damages. To exercise your rights, email support@speaklyai.xyz.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been shared, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
