2. Site hakkında ve ürün durumu
Site şu anda tanıtım amaçlı bir web sitesidir. Üzerinde bahsi geçen ürünler — Speakly Learn ve PenVoya — "yakında" ibaresiyle sunulmakta olup henüz yayında değildir. Bu ürünlerin özellikleri, kullanılabilirliği ve yayın tarihi değişebilir; herhangi bir ürünü sunacağımıza dair bir taahhüt oluşturmaz.
3. Erken erişim ve XP
Sitedeki "Erken Erişim" ve XP (ör. "+100 XP") öğeleri tanıtım ve oyunlaştırma amaçlı görsel unsurlardır. Bunların parasal bir değeri yoktur; bir hesap, üyelik, satın alma ya da gelecekteki ürünlere/ödüllere erişim garantisi oluşturmaz. Site üzerinde herhangi bir kayıt veya bekleme listesi formu bulunmaz; bize yalnızca e-posta ile ulaşabilirsiniz.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Siteyi yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
- Sitenin güvenliğini tehlikeye atmaya, erişim korumalarını (ör. şifre ekranı) aşmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya hizmeti kesintiye uğratmaya çalışmayacaksınız.

SpeaklyAI adı, logosu, metinleri, tasarımı ve Sitedeki diğer tüm içerik SpeaklyAI'ya aittir veya lisanslıdır ve ilgili fikri mülkiyet mevzuatıyla korunur. Önceden yazılı izin olmaksızın kullanılamaz.
6. Üçüncü taraf bağlantıları
Site, üçüncü taraf hizmetlere (ör. barındırma veya yazı tipi sağlayıcıları) bağlantı ya da referans içerebilir. Bu üçüncü tarafların içeriklerinden veya uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Site "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu ölçüde" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık ya da zımni herhangi bir garanti vermeyiz.

The "Early Access" and XP elements on the Site (e.g., "+100 XP") are promotional, gamified visual features.
